Role Overview
Delta Capita is seeking an experienced Angular or React Developer for a customer complaints and remediation programme in financial services.
The role will build a customer-facing portal for reviewing complaint outcomes, accepting or declining offers, and verifying or updating bank details.
The developer will work on a greenfield application with cloud engineers, backend developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Contract Details
- This is a six-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customer-facing applications using Angular or React and TypeScript.
- Build responsive, secure, and user-friendly interfaces from designs and business requirements.
- Integrate applications with REST APIs, authentication services, and workflow platforms.
- Implement OTP and multi-factor authentication journeys.
- Handle customer data, personally identifiable information, and bank account information securely.
- Collaborate with business, UX, product, and technical teams.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities.
