Android Mobile Developer - Chicago Hybrid

Experience developing Android applications using Kotlin

Exposure to or hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose for building UI

Understanding of modern Android architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM or similar)

Familiarity with writing unit tests and/or UI tests for Android applications

Awareness of accessibility fundamentals in mobile development

Understanding of version control systems such as Git

Ability to follow coding standards and contribute to a collaborative team environment

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with design systems, component libraries, or design tokens

Familiarity with analytics tracking frameworks or event instrumentation

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or mobile release processes

Experience leveraging AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot) in development workflows

Demonstrated curiosity, openness to feedback, and continuous learning mindset aligned with Publicis Sapient values such as Learning Mindset and Inclusive Collaboration

Contributions to personal, academic, or open-source mobile projects

Salary Range: $81,000 - $140,000 annual salary
