Role Overview
The Analytics & AI Solutions Lead reports to the Senior Manager of BI Analytics & Applied AI.
The role leads the design, development, and adoption of enterprise analytics, reporting, and AI solutions.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on Power BI, semantic modeling, business engagement, visualization, and solution delivery.
Analytics and Reporting
- Lead enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytics solutions.
- Gather requirements with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations.
- Facilitate workshops, UAT activities, reviews, demonstrations, and end-to-end solution delivery.
- Design and govern semantic models, measures, calculations, hierarchies, KPIs, and analytical data models.
- Develop DAX, Power Query, and M Query logic.
- Optimize Direct Lake, Import, Aggregation, and Star Schema models.
