We are looking for an experienced Production Lead to lead and coordinate activities of our packaging production team members.

We are looking for individuals who have the flexibility to work varying shifts, as shift times and patterns can change based on business needs. We are currently hiring for the below shifts:

Continental Day Shifts: 6:00am – 6:15pm.

Continental Night Shifts: 6:00pm – 6:15am.

Determine production needs based on schedule to ensure operational effectiveness while adhering to cost structures. Work in conjunction with Supervisor to improve production and labor efficiency.

Communicate shift performance and address issue including but not limited to safety, quality adherence, and efficiency and material usage.

Study variances and implement plans for improvements.

Initiate plans to motivate worker to achieve goals. Develop subordinate and assume the role of trainer for new employees.

Utilize employees in a productive manner to increase shift labor and production efficiencies. Coordinate activities of workers engaged in setting up, cleaning and maintaining equipment.
