Responsibilities
- Collect, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, operations, quality, etc.)
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities from data
- Provide clear, structured, and actionable analyses to operational teams and management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance
- Automate and optimize reporting and performance tracking processes
- Support decision making through robust analyses and data driven recommendations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data management and exploitation processes
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, computer science, data analysis, statistics, or related field
- Experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate), SQL, and advanced Excel

Quelles sont vos contributions envers l’équipe?
- Collecter, structurer et analyser des données provenant de multiples sources (ERP, opérations, qualité, etc.)
- Développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord, rapports et indicateurs de performance (KPI) avec des outils BI (ex. Power BI)
- Identifier les tendances, écarts, risques et opportunités à partir des données
- Fournir des analyses claires, structurées et exploitables aux équipes opérationnelles et à la direction
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre les besoins d’affaires et les traduire en solutions analytiques
- Assurer la qualité, la cohérence et la gouvernance des données
- Automatiser et optimiser les processus de reporting et de suivi de performance
- Supporter la prise de décision grâce à des analyses robustes et des recommandations basées sur les données
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus liés à la gestion et à l’exploitation des données
Comment vous épanouir dans ce rôle?
- Vous détenez un diplôme en ingénierie, informatique, analyse de données, statistiques ou domaine connexe
- Vous avez de l’expérience en analyse de données ou en intelligence d’affaires
- Vous démontrez une forte capacité analytique et une excellente capacité de synthèse
- Vous possédez d’excellentes aptitudes en communication et êtes capable de vulgariser des informations complexes
- Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et orienté résultats
- Vous êtes à l’aise dans des environnements transversaux et axés sur la performance
- Vous maîtrisez des outils BI (Power BI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate) ainsi que SQL et Excel avancé
- Une expérience en milieu manufacturier ou opérationnel est considérée comme un atout
- Une connaissance en gouvernance de données ou en architecture de données est un atout
