Responsibilities
- Produce, analyze, and present bi weekly and monthly business reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support operational priorities and strategic decisions
- Monitor and analyze digital performance across channels including website, media, SEO, and CRM
- Design, develop, and optimize digital performance dashboards and reporting solutions
- Extract, validate, analyze, and interpret data using BigQuery and SQL
- Maintain and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and recurring reporting processes
- Support day to day reporting and analytical needs across multiple business functions
- Contribute to omnichannel, business intelligence, and data transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Marketing Analytics, Finance, or related field
- Significant experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, Digital Performance, or related analytical role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and BigQuery
- Proven experience building dashboards using Power BI, Looker, or similar
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Good knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset

Mission
- As part of the Business Intelligence & Performance team, you will play a key role in analyzing and monitoring the company’s business and digital performance.
- You will transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision making and drive business results.
- You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools, data quality, and business intelligence processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of overall business performance and key operational drivers.
- Produce, analyze, and present bi weekly and monthly business reports and dashboards.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support operational priorities and strategic decisions.
- Provide analytical support for business reviews, forecasting activities, and performance tracking.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance across key channels (website, media, SEO, CRM).
- Design, develop, and optimize digital performance dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of tracking and measurement processes.
- Conduct in depth analyses of campaign performance, promotional activities, and customer trends.
- Extract, validate, analyze, and interpret data using BigQuery and SQL.
- Maintain and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and recurring reporting processes.
- Contribute to omnichannel, business intelligence, and data transformation initiatives.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Marketing Analytics, Finance, or related field.
- Significant experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, Digital Performance, or related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
- Proven experience building dashboards using Power BI, Looker, or similar.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and automation.
- Good knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence decision making through data driven recommendations.
- Comfortable working cross functionally in a dynamic omnichannel environment.
- Curious, proactive, and results oriented mindset.
Technical Skills
- SQL and BigQuery

Assets
- Experience in e commerce, digital marketing, travel, hospitality, retail, or omnichannel business environments.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence methodologies.
- Experience working in an international or multi market environment.
