Mission

  • As part of the Business Intelligence & Performance team, you play a key role in analyzing business and digital performance.
  • You transform data into actionable insights to support strategic decision making and drive business results.
  • You contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools, data quality, and BI processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop understanding of overall business performance and key operational drivers.
  • Produce, analyze, and present bi weekly and monthly business reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support operational priorities and strategic decisions.
  • Provide analytical support for business reviews, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance across website, media, SEO, CRM, etc.
  • Design, develop, and optimize digital performance dashboards.
  • Ensure quality of tracking and measurement processes with technical teams.
  • Conduct in depth analyses of campaign performance, promotions, and customer trends.
  • Present performance results and recommendations to business teams.
  • Participate in global and cross functional digital projects.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Marketing Analytics, Finance, or related field.
  • Significant experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, Digital Performance, or related analytical role.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
  • Proven experience building dashboards using Power BI, Looker, or similar.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and automation.
  • Good knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.

  • Experience in e commerce, digital marketing, travel, hospitality, retail, or omnichannel environments.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics, data visualization, and BI methodologies.
  • Experience working in an international or multi market environment.
