About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide support to Relationship Managers to optimise client relationships and deliver needs based solutions
- Attend client meetings with Relationship Manager and act as first point of contact for credit related enquiries
- Prepare analysis, proposals, and presentations to prospective customers
- Support RM on day to day activities including client planning, pipeline management, and coordination with product partners
- Undertake financial, credit, and profitability analysis
- Collaborate with Group colleagues to deliver appropriate needs based solutions
- Work with Service Delivery to coordinate end to end credit process and resolve issues
- Monitor credit risk and analyse management information
- Provide ongoing risk monitoring in areas concerning Global Standards and Anti Money Laundering & Sanctions alerts
Requirements
- Strong analysis/understanding of financial statements
- Relevant experience working in an administrative role supporting a manager or team
- Excellent planning skills with experience of working under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability of using their initiative
- Advanced computer and IT skills, including all Microsoft packages
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit

Job Description
- HSBC Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) is a markets led, financing focused business.
- We are seeking an ambitious individual to join the CIB International Mid Market (IMM) team as an Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Relationship Managers (RMs) to enable them to optimise the potential value of client relationships
- Enable proactive client management by attending client meetings with Relationship Manager as necessary
- Prepare appropriate analysis, proposals and presentations to prospective customers
- Support the RM on day to day activities including client planning, pipeline management, co ordination with product partners
- Undertake financial, credit and profitability analysis
