About the Role
The Analyst works within the Data Team on research and analysis supporting the development and maintenance of the People Intelligence data product.
The role contributes to data operations while maintaining the accuracy and quality of core data assets.
The position supports sales enablement and customer collaboration through accurate information solutions.
Core Functions
- Execute data collection, development, and analysis for operational processes with emphasis on relevance, precision, and accuracy.
- Analyze key entities in the People Intelligence data product to ensure data remains current and accurate.
- Use data analysis techniques to identify patterns, derive insights, and detect data quality discrepancies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess data quality and develop workflows that improve data completeness.
- Work in an agile operational environment and facilitate subject matter interactions across teams.
