Responsibilities
include, but not limited to:
- Production Capacity Planning: Monitor and optimize allocation across multiple front-end wafer fabrication (fabs) facilities.
- Driving solution development, change management, customer communications, monitoring of department efficiencies, and managing both long and short-term customer delivery plans.
- WIP Tracking & Lead Time Optimization: Manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) tracking metrics across global foundries to identify and resolve transit delays and/or yield excursions.
- Advanced Supply Chain Analytics: Build predictive models and dashboards to evaluate multi-tier supply chain risks, component shortages, and supplier delivery performance.
- Demand & Supply Balancing: Synthesize highly volatile market forecasts with long foundry lead times (often 12–26+ weeks) to drive Master Production Scheduling.
- Inventory Optimization: Review safety stock thresholds for critical raw materials, substrates, and finished die to minimize excess inventory and obsolescence while ensuring high customer fulfillment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Global Sourcing Managers, Product Engineering, Finance, and Logistics teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI) ramps.
- Identifying business opportunities and creative solutions to complex problems.
- Responsible for preparation, analysis and presentation of key SCM metrics, performance against targets and trends to senior management and improve the metrics over time to drive increased productivity and profitability.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or related technical discipline.
- Industry Experience: 4+ years of dedicated supply chain experience, with at least 2 years operating directly within a semiconductor or high-tech hardware manufacturing environment.
- ERP & Planning Software: Advanced proficiency utilizing top-tier SCM solutions like Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Blue Yonder/JDA, Kinaxis, or NetSuite.
- Data & Analytics Tools: Deep knowledge of data visualization software (such as Tableau and/or Power BI) and strong spreadsheet modeling capabilities.
- Domain Expertise: Firm understanding of chip fabrication flows, die-sorting metrics, substrate constraints, and manufacturing yield calculations.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Highly proficient with database querying tools like SQL, or statistical programming languages like Python/R.
- Proven experience managing geographic supply risks, cross-border logistics, and cleanroom capacity dependencies.

This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors

Benefits
for the position includes 10 paid holidays per year, paid vacation starting at 136 hours per year for full-time employees (prorated for part-time employees), and paid sick time that exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Sick Leave law.
