Risk and Governance

• Prepare prescreening and credit memos that communicate deal structures, risks, and revenue economics.
• Help ensure solutions comply with bank policies and that deviations receive appropriate approvals.
• Monitor key risk triggers and track deal BCA renewals.
• Maintain management information and prepare reports for senior management reviews.
• Build knowledge of local regulations and engage stakeholders to support the origination agenda.
• Follow the Group Code of Conduct and applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Experience and Knowledge

• Broad banking experience with exposure to Africa and/or Middle East clients.
• Knowledge of trade products and basic structured trade finance.
• Ability to manage opportunities independently and lead discussions with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to handle documentation and manage the deal lifecycle through execution.
• Good credit understanding, including credit analysis and BCA writing for complex clients.
• Experience with multigeography transactions and legal or regulatory implications is beneficial.
• Exposure to ECA, insurance, syndications, risk participation, and true sale is beneficial.
• CCC certification is listed in the qualification requirements.
