Analyst, Strategy & Business Development

As our ideal candidate,

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Strategy, or a related field.

You have 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, governance, transformation, or a related role.

You demonstrate strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

You produce clear, concise, and decision-ready executive materials, including presentations and briefing notes.

You have excellent visual storytelling skills, with the ability to create content for diverse internal audiences.

You are skilled at simplifying complex topics for non-technical and senior stakeholders.

You have strong stakeholder management, coordination, and influencing skills.

You are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

You bring structure, discipline, and follow-through to governance and execution.

You can connect the dots across functions, initiatives, and priorities while balancing strategic thinking with execution rigor.

You anticipate leadership needs and prepare proactively with clear, actionable updates and recommendations.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI)

You are comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools, such as Microsoft Copilot.

Bilingual communication skills in French and English are essential in a cross-functional environment.
