About the Role
Bombardier is seeking an Analyst Strategy and Governance to support the Operations team in following up on strategic initiatives and KPIs. You will work closely with senior management, consolidate information, and prepare materials for executive meetings.

Responsibilities
- Promote effective governance within the vice presidency of operations by planning, coordinating and supporting key meetings and activities
- Create clear and concise documentation and presentations for the operations management executive team
- Guide and influence the management team by fostering alignment towards common strategic objectives
- Collect and analyze multi site and multifunctional data to support strategy development and implementation
- Lead or support the development of innovative tools and reports to improve data analysis and communication of results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Administration or related discipline
- 5 years or more of relevant experience in operations management or related discipline
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, financial, and analytical skills
- Proven experience in managing and aligning cross functional stakeholders in a large organization
- Ability to synthesize and present complex information to executives
- Must be bilingual (English and French)
- Master's degree in Strategy, Project Management, or MBA is an asset

- The Senior management of the Operations Team is seeking an Analyst Strategy and Governance to ensure follow up of operation’s strategic initiatives and key performance indicators.
- You will work closely with senior management and be involved in implementation of strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Leadership in governance: Promote effective governance within the vice presidency of operations.
- Executive communication: Create clear and concise documentation and presentations for the operations management executive team.
- Guide and influence the management team by fostering alignment towards common strategic objectives.
- Collect and analyze multi site and multifunctional data to support strategy development.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead or support development of innovative tools and reports.
How to thrive in this role?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Administration or related discipline. Master's degree is an asset.
- Experience: 5 years or more of relevant experience in operations management or related discipline.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, project management, financial, and analytical skills.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing cross functional stakeholders.
- Communication: Ability to synthesize and present complex information to executives.
- Candidate must be bilingual.
