We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst, Quality Assurance to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our US mortgage-related processes and services. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in our operations.

Perform quality assurance reviews for voice and non-voice processes related to US mortgage eviction, sale, and closing activities

Analyze findings from process reviews and develop comprehensive reports highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement

Make data-driven recommendations to reduce process variation and eliminate errors

Track and follow up on business unit responses to identified findings from process reviews

Collaborate with management to develop and implement project plans addressing opportunities identified through quality assurance activities

Escalate unresolved issues to senior management and work towards their resolution

Provide timely and accurate reports to management documenting observations from reviews

Assist in implementing changes or modifications to the Quality Assurance department's evaluation process
