About the role
MUFG is seeking an Analyst for its Process Excellence function in Bengaluru.
The role designs and develops digital solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline processes and improve user productivity.
The position supports the Head of Process Excellence in identifying opportunities and activating solutions with stakeholders across MGS and MUFG.
Core tooling and technical skills
- Build low-code and no-code Canvas and Model-driven applications in Power Apps.
- Design automated processes, approvals, and integrations across Microsoft 365 and third-party systems with Power Automate.
- Integrate Power Apps with Power Automate to digitize workflows and enhance application functionality.
- Use SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 site architecture, hub sites, managed metadata, permissions, and content organization.
- Integrate and manage data from different sources and structure scalable data models and logical data flows.
Analytical and functional skills
- Evaluate current-state manual processes and map optimized future-state workflows.
- Assess out-of-the-box Power Platform capabilities against complex business requirements through fit-gap analysis.
