Role overview
MUFG is hiring an Analyst in Process Excellence to strengthen process improvement capability, standardization, governance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
The role partners with stakeholders from analysts through senior leadership and supports business and technology transformation initiatives.
The position is full-time and based in Bengaluru, with travel and flexibility across different shift timings required.
Process excellence delivery
- Conduct Lean Six Sigma training and facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving forums.
- Coach teams in L3 process mapping, process analysis, redesign, standardization, and optimization.
- Lead improvement initiatives from ideation and validation through implementation handoff and benefits realization.
- Align improvement initiatives with business objectives and evaluate measurable impact before and after implementation.
- Partner with business analysts, technology, development, automation, and digital teams on execution-ready solutions.
Capability building and governance
- Lead roadshows, awareness campaigns, Train-the-Trainer programs, and other capability-building initiatives.
