What you’ll achieve

In this position as Analyst, IT Data Center Operations , you will increase data center reliability and uptime by proactively identifying risks, executing infrastructure improvements and contributing to incident incident-prevention initiatives.

You will also enhance operational efficiency through process optimization, automation opportunities and improvements that reduce turnaround time for deployments, maintenance or troubleshooting activities.

You will:

• Rack, stack, install, configure, decommission, and replace servers, storage systems, and network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Perform hardware diagnostics and component-level replacements (drives, memory, power supplies, NICs).
• Ensure equipment is installed according to data center standards and best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and network connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory records and system documentation.
