You will live close to production: understanding how our platforms perform and stepping in when something needs attention.

We focus on automating work and reducing toil, sharpening the tooling and runbooks the whole team leans on.

You will use AI tools to move faster and do more with less, judging a model's output rather than trusting it.

This role suits people who would rather fix a problem for good than handle it twice.
