One part of that is the market data, pricing, and analytics services that thousands of firms rely on to make decisions every day. That means the platform needs to be reliable, resilient, and fast, day in and day out. Keeping it that way takes a global operations team that follows the sun: as one region logs off, the next picks it up. This seat is on the Atlanta desk.

You will live close to production: understanding how our platforms perform and stepping in when something needs attention. We focus on automating work and reducing toil, sharpening the tooling and runbooks the whole team leans on. You will use AI tools to move faster and do more with less, judging a model's output rather than trusting it. This role suits people who would rather fix a problem for good than handle it twice.
