Overview
- seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Reporting Analyst to support the development of our reporting and HR data analysis expertise.
- In this role, you will support HR Business Partners in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support our people decisions in our businesses.
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to generate routine and ad-hoc reports
- Develop and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and other reporting tools
- Assist in the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and HR metrics
- Identify data trends and discrepancies, providing basic insights and recommendations
- Support senior analysts and HR teams with data requests and reporting needs
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data and reporting outputs
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to understand reporting requirements
