Position Summary

Duties

• Analyze, interpret, and report operational and quality data.
• Maintain process documentation and develop dashboards and scorecards.
• Prepare ad hoc reports, presentations, briefing notes, and meeting minutes.
• Benchmark operational, clinical, and quality best practices.
• Use or develop knowledge of departmental and UHN databases, including Epic and Archibus.
• Apply analytical problem-solving methods and resolve issues using standard procedures.
• Participate in meetings, work groups, committees, and cross-functional assignments.
• Provide task updates, support consensus, and work effectively with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Health Sciences, or a recognized equivalent is required.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience is required.
