As an Analyst, Finance Partnering in our Financial Performance & Analysis team, you’ll act as a trusted partner to our business divisions, providing the analysis and insights needed to drive performance and strategy.
In this role, you’ll make an impact by:
Partnering with stakeholders across key divisions like Marketing to provide financial guidance and support decision-making.
Delivering analysis and insights on business performance, including monthly results, budgets, and forecasts to help the business understand its commercial drivers.
Contributing to key reporting cycles, including month-end, quarterly and annual planning, and balance sheet management.
Supporting strategic projects by assisting with financial modeling, tracking project spend, and analysing benefits.
Identifying risks and opportunities through your analysis to help business leaders manage head- and tail-winds.
This is a 12 month fixed term position. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of minimum two days per week with attendance at one of our corporate offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Bendigo corporate office.
To succeed in this role, we’d love you to have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience (ideally 2-3 years) in a finance or accounting role, with a strong understanding of management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and partner with senior stakeholders.
