• Role Summary:
• We are looking for enthusiastic and analytical fresh graduates to join our Planning Consulting team. As a Planning Functional Consultant, you will work with clients to understand business planning processes, configure enterprise planning solutions, analyze data, and support digital transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Financial Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in enterprise planning platforms, business consulting, and AI-enabled decision support.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Understand customer business processes and planning requirements.
• Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation of planning applications.
• Analyze business data and prepare functional specifications and reports.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, technical consultants, and project managers.
• Document business processes, solution designs, and user guides.
• Assist in troubleshooting functional issues and recommending process improvements.
• Continuously learn emerging planning technologies, AI capabilities, and industry best practices.
