Qatari Diar is seeking an Analyst - Capital Markets (Treasury - Qatarization) with a treasury background to evaluate project finance options, manage global FX/interest rate exposures, and maintain relationships with banking syndicates.
The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, extensive financial modeling skills, and familiarity with TMS or ERPs.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate project finance options, including debt, equity, and debt financing.
- Manage global FX/interest rate exposures.
- Maintain relationships with regional and international banking syndicates.
- Assist in structuring and executing corporate financing transactions, including syndicated loans, Sukuk/bond issuances, project level debt, and refinancing facilities.
- Build and update detailed financial models to evaluate capital structure options, cost of capital, debt service coverage ratios, and leverage capacity across projects.
- Prepare credit pitch books, lender presentations, documentation for rating agencies, international banks, and sovereign partners.
- Monitor daily corporate cash positions, track global bank balances across subsidiaries, and prepare short to long term rolling cash flow forecasts.
- Act as an operational point of contact for local and international financial institutions for credit lines, escrow accounts, trade finance, and account operations.
- Analyze FX interest rate risks and support the execution of derivative/hedging strategies.
