Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Support, develop, and maintain business processes that facilitate care provider access to electronic health information systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies, determine user requirements, and support strategic planning and change management.
• Analyze workflows, develop business information requirements and models, and design or modify manual and automated processes.
• Support health information systems projects and lead small projects when assigned.
• Diagnose applications and business issues and resolve problems through testing, modification, and maintenance.
• Develop service level agreements, resolve operational issues, and participate in informatics policies, procedures, and committees.

Education and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Health Information Systems Management or a related field plus 2 to 4 years of recent related experience is required, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
