Fraser Health is hiring a Business Systems Analyst for Clinical Informatics and Digital Health.
The role supports MEDITECH Expanse implementations, activation, optimization, readiness, adoption, and digital health transformation.
The position works across healthcare operations, technology, analytics, and implementation delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, workflow analysis, process mapping, and future-state design for implementation and optimization initiatives.
- Develop project workplans, readiness trackers, activation plans, and portfolio management tools using Smartsheet and enterprise applications.
- Create dashboards, Power BI reports, executive reporting, and performance metrics covering progress, risks, readiness, and outcomes.
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions, readiness assessments, workshops, and meetings across clinical, operational, technical, and project teams.
- Support deployment planning, command centre activities, at-the-elbow support coordination, stakeholder communications, and go-live support.
- Analyze data for trends, risks, dependencies, continuous improvement, decision-making, and benefits realization.
- Support health information system projects, business process changes, testing, issue resolution, service level agreements, and operational transition.
