About the Role
Bombardier seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst to drive SAP S/4HANA implementation and cross-functional coordination. You will support end-to-end business processes, define KPIs, facilitate workshops, and manage testing phases.

Responsibilities
- Drive cross functional coordination across all SAP workstreams to ensure alignment and delivery of project milestones
- Support definition, validation, and governance of end to end business processes
- Define, implement, and monitor KPIs related to process performance, testing progress, and data readiness
- Facilitate cross stream workshops with Business Process Owners, SMEs, and project teams
- Coordinate security and compliance activities
- Support planning and execution of all testing phases (SIT, UAT)
- Ensure vertical and horizontal alignment across business and project teams
- Support cutover planning, go live readiness, and hypercare activities
- Collaborate with project leadership, functional teams, IT, data, security, and change management teams
- Deliver agreed upon outputs aligned with project milestones
Requirements
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in SAP implementations or large scale transformation programs
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field (or 15 years experience in lieu)
- Strong knowledge of end to end business processes (e.g., supply chain, manufacturing, finance)
- Experience coordinating cross functional teams and managing dependencies
- Experience defining and monitoring KPIs
- Highly skilled in facilitating workshops and influencing stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Comfortable in fast paced, transformation driven environment
- Strong communication skills
