Position Overview
Techno-functional Analyst role combining technical skills with business understanding.
Develops and maintains advanced business analytics and AI-driven solutions for pre-sales value quantification.
Creates tools that help internal teams quantify service value, improve customer engagement, and drive business outcomes.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop value-quantification tools and solutions for Mastercard services during the pre-sales process.
- Manage and analyze large datasets using SQL and database management systems.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and strategic insights.
- Create dashboards and reports with Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Use AI and advanced analytics to support customer engagement and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Consulting, Product, and other internal teams.
- Present insights and tool value to senior leadership and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques for complex datasets.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports with business intelligence platforms.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning algorithms.
- Familiarity with Python or R for machine learning model development.
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Experience with database management systems and SQL.
- Understanding of web-based platforms for end-to-end pre-sales solutions.
- Ability to perform statistical analysis and identify trends and correlations.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, business analytics, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in analytics, data science, or AI/ML are preferred.
