- Proven experience in facilities management, corporate hospitality, or similar floor/building management role
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meeting bookings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer focused mindset with concierge level service delivery experience
- Proficiency in room booking systems, FM platforms, and Microsoft Office 365
- High attention to detail and awareness of presentation standards
- Professional presentation and grooming consistent with 5 star hotel or luxury corporate environment
- Fluent, clear, and professional spoken English

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management, corporate hospitality, or a similar floor/building management role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meeting bookings simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Customer focused mindset with experience in concierge level or client facing service delivery.
- Ability to produce clear, accurate, and timely daily reports FM findings/concerns.
- Proficiency in room booking systems, FM platforms, and Microsoft Office 365.
- High attention to detail with strong awareness of presentation standards and meeting environments.
- Professional presentation and personal grooming standards consistent with a 5 star hotel or luxury corporate environment at all times.
- Well spoken with excellent verbal communication skills in English — articulate, confident, and professional in all interactions with guests, custodians, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style and tone to suit senior executives, VIP guests, and diverse audiences.
