- Support development and execution of local brand marketing plans in alignment with regional strategy
- Manage review, approval, and submission of promotional materials through Veeva Vault
- Coordinate SFDA submission activities including dossier preparation and approval management
- Support management of promotional budget and P2P activities
- Coordinate KOL engagement, events, and congresses
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 2 years in brand management or product marketing
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with promotional review systems such as Veeva Vault
- Working knowledge of SFDA promotional submission processes and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Fluency in English

Role Purpose
- The Associate Brand Manager supports development and execution of local brand marketing plans, coordinating marketing operations, documentation, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of local brand marketing plans in alignment with regional strategy.
- Track implementation of activities in the local market plan.
- Monitor local competitor activities and market trends.
- Manage review, approval, and submission of promotional materials through Veeva Vault.
- Coordinate localization and adaptation of global/regional materials.
- Support SFDA submission activities including dossier preparation and approval management.
- Collaborate with Regulatory and Medical Affairs teams for compliance.
- Maintain version control and audit ready documentation.
- Support achievement of sales targets and manage promotional budget.
- Manage marketing related P2P activities including vendor onboarding and PO creation.
- Support digital marketing capabilities and manage approvals for digital activities.
- Coordinate KOL development plans, events, and congresses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, or related field.
- 2 4 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 2 years in brand management or product marketing.
- Preferably within pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with promotional review systems such as Veeva Vault.
- Working knowledge of SFDA promotional submission processes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Fluency in English.
