With the critical decisions made in our government and military every day, we need an intelligence analyst like you to do just that. As an Order of Battle all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on naval joint capabilities.
As an Order of Battle (OOB) Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing production on foreign military forces order of battle and catalog OB findings in the modernized integrated database (MIDB) and Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) database records. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address developmental and fielded foreign weapon systems and equipment. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.

Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)
Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, such as complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
