About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform professional hair services including haircuts, blow drying, styling, hair coloring, highlights, treatments, keratin, and hair spa
- Provide beauty services including facials, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, makeup, and basic skin treatments
- Perform basic to advanced beauty consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of all tools, equipment, and workstations
- Ensure excellent customer service and build long term client relationships
- Maintain client records and service history where required
- Stay updated with the latest beauty, hair, and skincare trends and techniques
- Adhere to salon policies, health and safety standards, and professional ethics
- Assist in achieving monthly service and retail targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an All Round Beautician
- Proficiency in both hair and beauty services
- Strong knowledge of hair coloring, chemical treatments, hairstyling, facials, waxing, threading, manicure, and pedicure
- Certification in Beauty Therapy, Hairdressing, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and as part of a team
- Knowledge of hygiene, sterilization, and infection control practices

- Immediate joiners or candidates currently based in the UAE will be preferred.
