Job Responsibilities

- Deploy and maintain frontend (Node.js) and backend (Java) applications in the US region, including release, rollback, configuration and environment management.

- Investigate and resolve production incidents; monitor application health, logs and system metrics to ensure high availability and performance.

- Provide business technical support, troubleshooting business-side issues, and querying and processing business data on-site.

- Contribute to application development work — build or extend internal tooling, service modules and automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
