Opportunity and Pre-Sales Guidance

• Lead customer pre-sales engagement, uncover genuine needs, and convert them into qualified opportunities.
• Build complete customer business and technology profiles.
• Support opportunity assessment by evaluating technical feasibility and competitive risk.

Solution Design and Delivery

• Develop tailored solutions, product selection strategies, proof-of-concept strategies, bidding strategies, and product configurations.
• Drive incubation and scalable replication of public cloud solutions within vertical segments.
• Identify technical and project risks and coordinate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to support fulfillment and revenue conversion.

Capability Building and Product Feedback

• Create reusable cloud architecture templates, best practices, and industry case studies.
• Present solutions and deliver enablement training to sales teams and ecosystem partners.
• Consolidate product requirements and defects and drive product improvements and feature launches.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Pre-sales, development, or operations experience at an internet or software company.
• Experience delivering medium-to-large IT projects such as cloud migration, site relocation, application modernization, or digital transformation.
• Ability to translate customer needs into deployable architectures and guide implementation across industries and scenarios.
• Experience with customer communication, solution documents, architecture diagrams, proof-of-concept plans, and technical briefings.
• Ability to troubleshoot performance, compatibility, cost, architecture, and implementation challenges.
• Ability to design and optimize large-model and intelligent-computing systems across training, inference, and industry applications.
• Knowledge of major competitors, their product roadmaps, and comparative strengths and weaknesses.
