Job Summary

Aladdin and Portfolio Data

• Create, terminate, and maintain portfolios using Aladdin Portfolio Toolkit, Guided Editor, and CSV uploads.
• Manage portfolio relationships, groups, hierarchies, custodians, bank-account linkages, trade routing, ADAM requirements, and approval workflows.
• Set up POB portfolios, tax IDs, ledger maintenance, and four-eye approvals.

Counterparties and Settlement

• Create and maintain counterparties, LEIs, desks, external broker IDs, confirmation routing, and CTM rules.
• Configure Standard Settlement Instructions, including ALERT SSI, to support straight-through processing.
• Review security-master items and validate coupons, floaters, factors, holiday calendars, and other security reference data.

Reference Data and eFront

• Cross-check security information against Bloomberg and resolve temporary ISINs, unshelled securities, and coupon-related corrections.
• Maintain eFront static data for bank accounts, funds, companies, cash or DDA, currencies, and internal or external accounts.
• Support account closure, deletion workflows, and Chart of Accounts or GL mapping.

Controls and Issue Resolution

• Investigate security-master exceptions, asset and cash breaks, and differences between Aladdin and custody calculations.
• Work with custodians and BlackRock BRS to resolve data-related issues.
• Follow maker-checker controls, maintain audit evidence, review administration logs, and maintain SOPs.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in investment operations, static or reference data, or middle-office functions.
• Working knowledge of Aladdin tools, security master, counterparty maintenance, and related configurations.
• Knowledge of security reference data, portfolios, custodians, bank accounts, LEIs, SSI, ALERT, CTM, and settlement processes.
• Experience with Bloomberg, maker-checker controls, audit requirements, and ICOFR or SOC 1-controlled environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with eFront, Aladdin Academy, security-master exception management, static-data reconciliation, or custodians is preferred.
• Exposure to SOFR-based floaters, coupon corrections, corporate actions, temporary or dummy ISIN resolution, and external vendors is preferred.
• Willingness to work from the Abu Dhabi site and flexibility for UAE working-hour shifts are preferred.
