Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed in the last three years
- UAE national aged 21 or older with a valid family book
- Completion or permanent exemption certificate from UAE National Service (for males)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ready to work in a fast paced, 24/7 environment
- Open to working at airports outside the UAE

Synopsis
- The Airport Supervisory Programme is a hands on training programme giving invaluable experience in airport operations.
- A three to four year development programme providing skills needed for a supervisory role in airport operations.
Accountabilities
- Oversee guest handling across airport touch points, ensuring top tier service and compliance with safety, security, and brand standards.
- Meet KPIs, ancillary revenue, and customer service targets.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations, briefings, and updates.
- Manage flight editing and special guest requirements (VIP, PRM and special categories).
- Liaise with control teams to handle disruptions, emergencies, and service recovery.
- Identify and report safety and security risks, escalating significant issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor’s degree completed in the last three years.
- Are UAE nationals, aged 21 or older with a valid family book.
- Have a completion or permanent exemption certificate from UAE National Service (for males).
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Are ready to work in a fast paced, 24/7 environment.
- Can wear the Etihad uniform with pride.
- Are open to working at airports outside the UAE.
