About the Role
Etihad's Airport Operations Programme offers UAE Nationals a 3-4 year development programme in airport ground operations. You will gain experience in network operations, hub control, and aircraft dispatch.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver guest acceptance and handling across all airport touchpoints (check in, boarding, arrivals), ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with safety, security, brand standards, policies, and procedures
- Deliver performance in line with agreed KPIs, ancillary revenue goals, and customer service targets
- Coordinate on shift operations with internal and external stakeholders, including airline teams, handling partners, service providers, and local authorities
- Manage flight editing and special guest requirements, including planning and handling of VIP/MAAS, PRM, and other special category guests
- Liaise with Guest Control, Business Solutions, Network Control, and SOC to manage operational disruption and support emergency response
Requirements
- UAE National aged 19+ with a valid family book
- Completed a minimum of a High School Diploma (accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education)
- Fluent in English
- Experience in a customer service position (preferred)
- Able to work on shift based schedules
- Completed or permanently exempted from UAE National Service (males only)

Synopsis
- The Etihad Airport Operations Programme offers UAE Nationals the opportunity to launch a career with one of the world’s fastest growing airlines.

Accountabilities
- Coordinate and deliver guest acceptance and handling across all airport touchpoints (check in, boarding, arrivals), ensuring exceptional customer service and full compliance with safety, security, brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Deliver performance in line with agreed KPIs, ancillary revenue goals, and customer service targets.
- Coordinate on shift operations with internal and external stakeholders, including airline teams, handling partners, service providers, and local authorities, ensuring clear briefings, real time updates, and effective communication.
- Manage flight editing and special guest requirements, including the planning and handling of VIP/MAAS, PRM, and other special category guests.
- Liaise with Guest Control, Business Solutions, Network Control, and SOC to manage operational disruption and support emergency response.
Qualifications
- UAE National aged 19+ with a valid family book
- Have completed a minimum of a High School Diploma (accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education)
- Are fluent in English
- Have experience in a customer service position (preferred)
- Are able to work on shift based schedules
- Can wear the Etihad uniform with pride
- Completed or permanently exempted from UAE National Service (males only)
