Job Overview
The Airport Greeter welcomes guests at arrival and departure points and represents FAENA, The Red Sea.
The role supports meet-and-greet services, transportation, luggage handling, and transfers between the airport and resort.
The position delivers attentive, professional, and personalized service aligned with ultra-luxury hospitality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests at the airport with a warm, professional, and personalized greeting.
- Assist guests during arrival and departure procedures.
- Identify and escort VIP guests with priority handling and special attention.
- Coordinate transportation and transfers between the airport and resort.
- Assist with luggage handling and safe transfer of guest belongings.
- Liaise with airport authorities, immigration staff, and transportation providers when necessary.
- Monitor flight arrivals and departures for timely guest service coordination.
- Communicate arrivals, delays, and special requirements to the resort team.
- Provide information about transfers, timing, and resort services.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and last-minute changes.
- Prepare meet-and-greet signage, materials, and welcome setups.
- Coordinate with Concierge, Transportation, and Front Office teams.
