- Willing to work 5.5 day work week on afternoon or night shift

Job Responsibilities
- Support the supervisor in developing and enhancing airfreight forwarding products in collaboration with cross functional teams such as Sales and Marketing.
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily shipment movements in line with operational requirements and customer needs.
- Negotiate with airline or vendor for charges incurred and follow margin guideline to propose sell rate.
- Verify accuracy of airline billing and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in airfreight operations, providing advisory support and contributing to business tenders, including those related to customs and trade compliance.
- Implement corrective actions as directed by management in response to audit findings and operational gaps.
- Continuously review and improve work processes to ensure alignment with current operational requirements and evolving customer expectations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or bachelor's degree of any discipline, preferably in Logistics & Supply Chain/Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in airfreight or related field.
- Strong knowledge of IATA regulations; Dangerous Goods (DG) certification or knowledge is an advantage.
- Familiarity with customs and trade control regulations; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven ability in airfreight planning and coordination, including direct engagement with airlines, terminals, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work a 5.5 day work week on afternoon or night shift. Work timings are Mon to Friday, 12pm to 9pm or 8.30pm to 5.30am (+1 day) and Sat, 12pm 4pm or 6pm to 10pm.
