About the Role
TALENTMATE is seeking an Aircraft Technician for Base Maintenance in Dubai. You will perform routine servicing, component replacements, and structural repairs on Emirates and third-party aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of aircraft, engines, and components and/or approved structural repairs in compliance with manufacturer procedures.
- Ensure adherence to all safety procedures during fluid replenishment, aircraft refuelling, and aircraft systems charging or servicing.
- Complete component replacements and other maintenance activities as directed by immediate supervisor, including obtaining and interpreting AMM, IPC, CMM, SRM, or other OEM approved documentation.
- Support Licensed Aircraft Engineers and Approved/Licensed Technicians in troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications in accordance with job cards.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by minimising risks, reporting deficiencies, and ensuring clean, organised work areas free of FOD.
- Contribute to team objectives and support continuous improvement initiatives through collaboration with colleagues.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Engineering
- Vocational or Diploma (12+2 or equivalent)
- Graduate (12+2) in Engineering or relevant discipline
- Apprenticeship in Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent training with a reputable airline or approved aircraft maintenance organisation, or an Engineering Aircraft Maintenance License
- Experience in an aircraft engineering environment including minimum two years on the job training in an airline or approved aircraft maintenance organisation

Job Purpose
- In Base Maintenance, our expert engineers deliver unparalleled service for all aircraft checks, from comprehensive inspections to major system repairs.
- Responsible for performing maintenance tasks on Emirates and third party aircraft and components in compliance with company procedures and regulations.
In This Role, You Will

To Be Considered For This Role, You Will Need
- 5+ years in Engineering
