Responsibilities
- Deputise for senior company employee within Typhoon Maintenance Organisation
- Ensure compliance with safety, airworthiness, and contractual obligations
- Manage operational readiness of shop equipment and schedule calibrations
- Monitor personnel standards and provide training and development
- Maintain anti FOD surveillance and report hazards
Requirements
- Experience in aircraft ground equipment maintenance
- Leadership and supervisory experience

Job Purpose
- BAE Systems is the UK Government's nominated Prime Contractor for equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia.
- The job holder deputises for a senior company employee within the Typhoon Maintenance Organisation, responsible for Aircraft Ground Equipment (AGE) compliance and continuous improvement.
Job Accountabilities
- Uphold a safety first approach and implement safety measures.
- Ensure adherence to BAE Systems Operational Framework, LCM practices, M&CA Mandates, MOE, and RSAF LMR.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and develop personnel development programs.
- Drive continuous improvement culture.
- Undertake review of maintenance and challenge current practices.
- Ensure necessary manpower and facilities resource are available.
- Monitor standards of personnel and identify negative trends.
- Provide training and counterpart development activities.
- Manage operational readiness of shop equipment and schedule calibrations.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks meet quality standards and are recorded accurately.
- Update TTP131 spreadsheet and daily shop status.
Qualifications
- Experience in aircraft ground equipment maintenance.
- Leadership and supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage manpower and resources.
