Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate competitive air charter solutions for deugro customers globally.
• Advise internally on sales prices, terms, and conditions, and provide operational and post-fixture guidance.
• Maintain and improve relationships with existing and new airline partners.
• Support worldwide deugro offices in developing sales leads and participating in joint customer meetings.
• Develop business and promote air charter services to external customers.
• Travel for business meetings and supervise contracted charters in the field when required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bring at least five years of experience with a freight forwarder, air charter broker, or carrier.
• Have solid experience and knowledge of the air charter market.
• Demonstrate flexibility, dedication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Be assertive, take responsibility, and demonstrate a hands-on approach.
• Bring strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Use a client-centric approach and present yourself in a friendly, confident manner.
• Professional proficiency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
• Sales experience is a plus.
