Must-Have Competencies
- Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale AI/ML or GenAI solutions from design through production deployment.
- Strong knowledge of AI platforms, agentic workflows, integration patterns, APIs, data architecture, and MLOps.
- Ability to design secure hybrid architectures spanning OT, edge, on-premise, and cloud environments.
- Experience defining non-functional requirements for availability, performance, scalability, observability, and cybersecurity.
- Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate business and engineering needs into solution architecture.
Good-to-Have Competencies
- Experience in Oil and Gas, refinery, industrial IoT, or digital twin programs.
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graphs, and engineering document intelligence.
- Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity standards and model governance practices.
