Role Overview
Serve as a client-facing Project Manager for agentic AI solutions.
Translate business challenges into clear technical requirements and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
Work with software developers, AI engineers, designers, and QA testers to meet project goals and manage stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand pain points, workflows, goals, and business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for AI agents and automations.
- Break requirements into actionable tasks, priorities, and acceptance criteria for the technical team.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered correctly.
- Manage project scope, timelines, blockers, dependencies, and priorities.
- Provide clients with regular updates on progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
- Gather client feedback and convert it into clear tasks for the delivery team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development.
- At least 3 years of Project Manager experience in software development.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Arabic language proficiency.
Preferred Certification
- PMP, Scrum Master, or another relevant certification is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000–AED 12,000 per month.
Workplace
- The position is full-time and requires in-person work in Abu Dhabi.
