Role Overview
Client-facing Project Manager responsible for translating business challenges into technical requirements for agentic AI solutions.
Works with software developers, AI engineers, designers, and QA testers to achieve project goals and manage stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand pain points, workflows, goals, and business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for AI agents and automations.
- Break requirements into tasks, priorities, and acceptance criteria for the technical team.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered correctly.
- Manage project scope, timelines, blockers, dependencies, and priorities.
- Provide clients with updates on progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
- Gather client feedback and convert it into tasks for the delivery team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Four years of Project Manager experience in software development is required.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies is required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are required.
