Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive AI Product & Project Manager to lead digital product development and coordinate cross-functional teams.
The role involves managing development and design teams, improving product features, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up with development and design teams
- Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Suggest and implement new product ideas and improvements
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Support product planning and feature prioritization
- Monitor project progress and team performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project or product management
- Experience managing mobile apps or digital platforms
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Familiar with Agile, Scrum, Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools
- Startup mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in AI or marketplace platforms is a plus
- Arabic speaker is preferred but optional.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
- Remote applications outside the UAE may not be prioritized
