Fasken is looking for an AI Product Manager to drive the strategy and adoption of Microsoft 365 and AI technologies, including Copilot, across the firm. - Take responsibility for the execution of the strategy and roadmap for M365 and AI applications
- Develop tangible applications that maximize business value from assigned M365 and AI technologies, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and related services
- Measure and document productivity gains and business benefits by developing impact cases and value stories
- Evaluate and manage AI applications and Microsoft releases, including communicating upcoming changes and managing rollout plans
- Lead the implementation of new products and features defined by the CITO
- Analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes to enable the use of AI technologies that improve quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and value
- Collaborate with AI teammates and stakeholders to identify impactful changes and provide support to employees and technical resources
- Represent AI and M365 products to enterprise architecture, project portfolio, procurement, and change management teams
- Establish configuration and operating standards for AI and M365 applications in coordination with IT colleagues
- Manage product dependencies and identify opportunities to streamline processes
- Track high impact issues and collaborate with vendors and internal support teams to ensure timely escalation
- Promote user adoption of AI, M365 products, and Copilot by overseeing the change management program and coordinating enablement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a Business Analyst certification
- Eight (8) or more years of experience in in house product management roles, digital transformation roles, or scaling IT solutions
- Three (3) or more years of experience managing M365 and AI tools, monitoring adoption, and integrating them with existing systems
- Microsoft 365 certifications (preferred)
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is an asset
- Strong interest in AI/machine learning (Copilot, GPT, LLMs) and ability to translate technical advances into business value
- Proficient in English and French, both orally and in writing (bilingualism required)

About You
