- Own AI focused product initiatives from discovery through launch
- Identify and prioritize where AI can add meaningful value across freight workflows
- Conduct and synthesize user research to surface high value problems
- Define product requirements and success metrics for AI features
- Partner with engineering to translate complex logistics challenges into reliable AI products
- Contribute to the development of Nevoya's broader AI strategy
- Support the buildout of the product operations function
- Own voice of customer for operators and spend time close to real freight workflows
- Develop tooling and workflows for evaluating, shipping, and monitoring AI products
- Communicate product direction and tradeoffs across technical and non technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 3 6 years of product experience with a focus on AI operations
- Direct experience building, shipping, or operationalizing AI powered products or workflows
- Strong instincts for user research and ability to translate customer insights into product direction
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering teams and lead product development end to end
- Comfort with ambiguity and track record of bringing structure to early stage or scaling product environments
- Strong systems thinking and data fluency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

About The Role
- As an AI Product Manager, you will own the discovery, design, and delivery of AI powered products and workflows.
- You will identify where AI can solve real operational problems and partner with engineering and operations.
- Reporting to the VP of Product and AI.
What You'll Do
- Own AI focused product initiatives from discovery through launch.

- Define product requirements and success metrics for AI features.
- Partner with engineering to translate complex logistics challenges into reliable AI products.

- Own voice of customer for the operators who live in the product.
- Develop tooling and workflows that improve how AI products are evaluated, shipped, and monitored.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth launches and strong adoption.
- Communicate product direction and tradeoffs clearly across stakeholders.
What You'll Bring To The Table
- 3 6 years of product experience with a focus on AI operations.
- Direct experience building, shipping, or operationalizing AI powered products or workflows.
- Strong instincts for user research and ability to translate customer insights into product direction.
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering teams and lead product development end to end.
- Ability to go down to the operating level and build solutions that meet business goals.
- Comfort with ambiguity and track record of bringing structure to early stage or scaling product environments.
- Strong systems thinking and data fluency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine curiosity about how emerging AI capabilities can be applied to real world logistics problems.
Desired Experience
- Background in mobility, logistics, truck and carrier operations.
- Experience at a Series A or early stage startup.
- Hands on familiarity with how AI products are evaluated, deployed, and monitored in production.
- Hands on experience scaling operations through agents or agentic workflows.
- Exposure to standing up or maturing product operations practices.
Compensation
- $110K – $130K
