Role overview

Role responsibilities

• Apply design thinking and UX strategies throughout the design process using empirical data, user feedback, and design ethics.
• Produce user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and assets for clients and developers.
• Facilitate complex design discovery sessions and provide subject matter expertise and recommendations to clients.
• Lead design-specific client meetings and implement project-level solutions with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, Engineering, and Sales in person in the Toronto office.
• Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and lead cross-disciplinary process improvement efforts.
• Manage stakeholder communications, present project status, and tailor messages to different audiences.
• Contribute to professional speaking and writing that demonstrates design thought leadership.
