Required Qualifications
- 6+ years delivering AI, data, or enterprise IT programs in UAE government or large enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated track record managing multi-entity or multi-vendor programmes
- Strong programme governance fundamentals: change control, scope validation, milestone planning, and executive reporting.
- Practical experience with AI use-case lifecycle management and value realization / benefits tracking.
- Comfort interrogating KPI definitions, ROI models, and benefits assumptions — and pushing back constructively when numbers don’t hold up.
- Proficiency with MS Project, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint for executive reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating within a central / portfolio-level AI or digital governance function (vs. single-entity delivery).
- Exposure to AI automation tooling and agentic workflows for governance, reporting, or validation tasks.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent programme management certification.
